We follow the customer focused selling method , that is bottom-up approach, where we follow our customer intention , the key point of transpacific selling are furnish below :
★ CUSTOMER INQUIRY:
We appreciate our customer to send his/ her specific requirement through E-mail or fax.
★ REPRESENT OUR OFFER:
After getting the inquiry from our valued customer, our skilled personals will prepare a details offer list according to the inquiry with mentioning the FOB (Free on Board), C & F (Free on Board + Freight charge) and CIF (Free On Board + Freight+ Insurance) charge up to the desire port of discharge, and send the list to the customer with vehicle image ,
We need 50% advances for reserve the desired vehicles.
★ PREPARE FOR SHIPMENT:
After getting the advance payment, we will prepare the vehicles for shipment. Before shipment we will collect balance payment、
Contact to local agent and ask about custom clearance
★ SHIPMENT:
After getting full payment, we will contact with shipping agent for carrying the vehicle/Goods for your destination on first available vessel
We will not process shipment before clear the balance payment,
★ SEND DOCUMENT:
We will notify our valued customer about shipping schedule and send the required document through EMS/DHL Currier.
★ Payment system:
We will not process shipment until we received full payment. At present, we only accept payment by TT transfer only from our customer’s bank to our bank account and all bank charges must have to be paid by the sender.
We can confirm T/T only during banking hours in Japan, we recommend our customer’s to send payment slip by fax or e-mail, if payment would take longer than 48 hours, please inform us by e-mail, once we confirm payment we will send confirmation of payment by e-mail.
Our stock will be sold upon first come first serve basis , even if ones payment has not been received in time , and desired car is not available, be assured that the choice between below:
== Refund of money (bank charge will be charged from refund amount).also we cannot refund the money to any account other than the one from where the money was send to us.
==Another vehicle from our stock.
Here FOB (FREE ON BOARD) price means price of vehicles ready for shipment from japan it includes vehicle price and inland transportation cost.
C & F price means cost up to destination port from Japan without insurance cost .
CIF price means cost of vehicles up to destination port with insurance cost.
